On 26 January CJSC SSMO LenSpetsSMU redeemed another tranche of its credit from OJSC AKB ROSBANK for the amount of 6.9 ml USD ahead of schedule.

On 20th January, CJSС "Central Department of Real Estate LenSpetsSMU" (CJSC CDR) repaid the seventh coupon and paid off bonded loan series 02 in full and on time.

During 2009, LenSpetsSMU completed the construction of 9 buildings in 4 projects with a total area of 323.7 thousand m2. With account of all completed objects as well as sold to City Administration objects, the market share of LenSpetsSMU on a primary market of St. Petersburg in 2009 reached 13%.

On 30th December 2009, a deal for the purchase of Rainbow project's kindergarten and school was made between LenSpetsSMU and The City Property Management Committee. The deal amounted to 523 million rubles.
