Etalon-LenSpetsSMU Holding, as a vertically integrated company, is fully-equipped with all the materials, equipment and machinery needed to carry out construction. The Holding also has its own plants producing bricks and reinforced concrete.

The Etalon plant, which produces construction materials, was integrated into the Holding structure in 1998. This enterprise supplies construction sites with ceramic brick which is made in full accordance to the state standards. The plant also has its own clay pit for brick production. Their products are widely used not only by the Holding but by a number of construction companies in Saint Petersburg as well. The construction materials plant Etalon has, on more than one occasion, been awarded diplomas and certificates for the high quality of its products.

In 1996, when SMU Electronstroy enterprise became a part of the Holding, the company began producing reinforced concrete structures and aerated concrete. The enterprise produces a high-quality, ready-mixed concrete using the latest automated machinery. Since December 2008 OJSC SMU Electronstroy has been delivering their products across Russia meeting the requirements of its long-term orders.
