In 2000, ZAO SSMO LenSpetsSMU received a certificate from ESON (expert council on reliability assessment) on the company's entrance into its list of reliable and stable companies. The certificate was extended to 2010. A certificate from ESON is not just a formal assessment but a document which reflects the reality within organizations operating in the construction sector. Any potential customer can apply to ESON for information about the company of interest and the construction progress of the projects. The activity of the companies which receive this certificate is constantly monitored by the Council.
ZAO CUN, a subsidiary company of the Holding, won a KAISSA-2005 award in the category "The Company completing the best development project". Professional realtors acknowledged Sea Cascade and Sea Façade as the best projects.
In 2006, ZAO SSMO LenSpetsSMU, the largest subsidiary company of the Holding, became the first Russian construction company to receive a credit rating from the largest and most stringent international rating agency Standard & Poor's.
